Reely Getting There The Doggie Days of Summer

It’s not even funny we have had some hot days tipping the heat index scale at close to 100 degrees. The smallmouth fishing is in the morning only for me and the carp in the afternoon. Carp are great survivors from the lack of dissolved oxygen in many of the rivers that make up Southwest Ohio. I have recently started to investigate Indiana for smallmouth fishing. I Joined the Indiana Smallmouth Alliance this organization looks to me to be headed in the correct direction with the many active members that they have. I will be getting into more carp hunting expeditions as July sets in and the doggie days of summer start. July will be a busy month for me starting a new job site down on the river, and another job site starting at the same time that about 100 miles away from the first site. Well take care fans, and soon I’ll be getting that new Deer Creek Switch Rod 5wt. The new rod will also get a rod/reel review also.
Take care, Wade Safe,

I just learned today that my last Commanding Officer Col. Paul K Schreiber past away Monday, April 26, 2004. He was a great man with a great vision.

Thank you Sir, and to the Schreiber family may God bless you and keep you.
